If You Use A Computer for Work Then I Would Recommend This

Whether you’re a new visitor to this site or have been back and fore, if you’ve read the posts from the start of this site, you’ll know that I do tell it like it is; I’m not bluffing and just trying to make a sale – unlike so many other so-called ‘review’ sites – I’m being honest in my feedback of the item I’m reviewing.

I’d just like to say that I’ve found a good one. In fact, I’d go so far as to say it’s a very good product. I’ve been working with computers since 1994 when I bought my first 386 with 1 MB RAM and a 30 MB HDD and though I could just- just – run Windows 3.11, with 1MB of RAM, trying to open more than two windows would bring the lot crashing down; I ran straight out and upgraded to 4 MB RAM – a whopping amount at the time!

Distractions weren’t such a problem back in those days: no email dropping into the Inbox, no calendar appointments to distract, no iTunes (or whatever) going in the background and very few, if any distractions. Nowadays though, we’ve all got all that plus many more: SMS, Skype, mobile phones…I could go on but you get the picture.

With all these distractions, it’s almost as if the late 20th Century bred a new disease – procrastinitus! Now, it’s very difficult to avoid something trying to grab your attention – some days it’s almost constant! Unless you’re focussed, on a deadline or have iron willpower, then it’s easy to lose track and get taken away by whatever distraction has reared up.

Well, not any more.

You see, there’s a product aptly named Action Enforcer which helps to ensure you concentrate and remain focussed and the amazing thing is, it really works. I’ve been using it for about 3 months now and it is superb.

I could extol the benefits, the virtues and everything but the simplest thing to do would be to check it out yourself – click here.

I just wish I’d had this ten years ago!

Better than a bread slicer!

Action Enforcer, get it here.

My Summary of Killer Content

If you’ve followed all the videos and persevered this far then you’ll know that I’ve given this software quite a comprehensive going over. I’ve delved into the nooks and crannies and found out if, and how, all of it works. So, with that in mind, here are the questions I’ll answer:

  • What is Killer Content?
  • What do I think of Killer Content?
  • Is it a worthwhile product?
  • Does it offer value for money?
  • What about the other add-ons?
  • What’s my overall opinion?
  • Will I buy it?
  • Will I Continue to use it? Continue reading

Resell Rights Fortune

Here I take a look at the Resell Rights Fortune website. This is another site by Socrates Socratous and is one where you can get lots of new PLR and MMR content.

As I show in the video, the ‘free’ stuff is of very limited use (the last free article was 1st February 2010) and today is 1st August 2011.

But, don’t let that put you off. There is a lot of new stuff on here and, as I show, there’s over one new MMR or PLR article per day on here during July. In fact, there are 44 articles in one month.

Now, if you’re looking at publishing something new on a regular basis, this is a dream come true. To keep up, you’d have to publish at a lot higher rate than once per day that’s for sure.

Anyway, have a look at the video and you’ll see what’s on offer (it’s 4 minutes, 44 seconds long).

As you can see, there is some good stuff on their. Click here to give it a try.

Creating an eBook

In this video I show you how easy it is to create a professional looking ebook from the PLR articles available.

Killer Content gives you two features here, one is to create posts to publish to your wesbite, and the other is to create an ebook from your articles.

This is a handy feature as it enables you to do a bit more than just pump out straight articles and will allow you to offer subscribers (or potential subscribers) something of real value.

It is also very easy. I have been a user of MS Word for about 17 years now and I use the Document Outline functionality all the time. However, there are a lot of people who don’t. It’s a shame as it’s a great feature and such a time saver. This product does that same thing, just much easier.

Spinning a Full Article

Following [almost] immediately on from the last video/post, I’ve spun a full article.

I did it manually as I’m not 100% comfortable with the auto-rewrite feature: no doubt it’s good in some circumstances but not for me when I’m trialling this out and reporting back to you via video and a post.

If I was putting out lots of content to try and fool Google, Bing, Yahoo or whatever than that may be a different kettle of fish but for near-quality copy the author/creator has got to do some of the work. The Best Spinner is a tool, that’s all it is.

Having said that, I did this pretty quickly. Around 40-45 minutes. This is way too long for a video and the output, though I haven’t read it in detail is about 80%-85% accurate. It’s nowhere near perfect but it is a technical article and in the time I spent, it’s not too bad.

If I was producing a report for someone or writing my own copy then I’d want it 100%, but for spinning articles…what % would you be comfortable with? You could probably get 60-70% on auto-rewrite, maybe even pushing that a little higher if the article wasn’t too complex.

As I mentioned, this article is around 80%, no more. The sample article is actually quite complex material for a piece of software to handle and it’s done an adequate job for what you’d expect – adeqaute, but no more than that. If you were pumping out articles on a less technologically-complex subject then it’d probably cope very well, but on something technical, as you’d probably expect, it falls down a bit.

If you’re comfortable with this, then that’s great. If you need greater accuracy then you’re going to have to put a bit of work in. The more technical the article, the more work.

When talking about computers, Internet, etc., there are particluar nouns, phrases that are specific, and it’s very difficult to get synonyms on these words. How do you spin ‘floppy disk’ (it’s a fairly old piece), how many alternatives to Operating System are there? Not many that’s for sure. Anyway, I could have spent much more time selecting the synonyms to get it to work but in this case I did it quickly.

If you’ve watched the Killer Content  sales video then you’ll hear Socrates explain how you cna pump out quality content by the dozen…sadly, that’s not quite the case. The Best Spinner is good, there’ no two ways about it. Perfect? No, it isn’t, no software ever will be.  But it is damn good!

I wish I had the technical ability to create the 100% perfect spinner. I’d still be writing reviews but this time I’d be doing it on my own beach, on my own island in the tropics somewhere :-) . The Best Spinner is good – you just need to know what it can do and…what it can’t.

Below is the video (4 mins, 42 seconds), and below the video you can download the pdf of the spun article if you want. It consists of the original article, the spin layout and the output copy. It’s only six pages long.

The Best Spinner – Spinning an Article

In this video I select a couple of paragraphs from one of the articles we selected for the project and paste them into The Best Spinner.

This app is very good at what it does. But, as I mentioned in an earlier video it does have its limitations: it’s not the one-stop programme for all your documentation output needs but neither does it claim to be. However, it does speed things up even if you use a manual edit (as you will see in the video).

What you also see in the first part is how doing an automatic rewrite may make your article unique for the search engines. Sadly, it also makes it completely unique for a human audience also: in my short amount of time with this product, auto-rewrites may get you to within 60-70% of where you want to be but you still have to read through and edit as a lot of it almost guaranteed to be nonsense: this video illustrates that well.

What this video also shows you is how quickly you can go through an article and manually change it. Admittedly it is far slower than the automatic rewrite (how could it not be?) but it’s obviously far more accurate.

(Video is 7 mins 11 secs)

For a single article, sure, it’s time-consuming, but if you want multiple unique articles off of this one article, then you can spend a little more time selecting your synonyms and generate unique words, phrases, sentences and even paragraphs.

A little maths here. If you have 1 paragraph consisting of 4 sentences, each with five spinnable words (with 5 synonyms per word) then this one paragraph will produce 100 variations (1 x 4 x 5 x 5)

If your article consists of 5 paragraphs then you have a basic 100 x 5 combinations at the most simple level. If each paragraph  has the same makeup then you’re looking at a phenomenal number of permutations.

If the article is written so that perhaps two or three paragraphs can be interchanged then you’re looking at a lot of zero’s of numbers of combinations.

As I mentioned before, it’s an excellent program, one of which I’ve only scratched the surface of. Will I continue to use it – oh yes! Do I recommend that you use it? I have to say if you’re serious about writing anything on a regular basis then this has to be agreat investment.

The Best Spinner has enormous potential and capability.

Purely writing something and being able to select, at the click of a button, from a whole selection of synonyms is a massive time saver. This synonyms database is updated constantly so suggestions from other users also expands the database and you gain benefit from that also.

The only real downside is that you must have an Internet connection to use it – no Internet, no use. If you’re working from home or in the office, great; if you’re travelling…maybe not so great – It all depends on your setup.

If you’re serious about producing any written content, then I’d recommend you try this out – seriously, get it!

Do I Use These Products?

I’ve been asked a few times whether product reviewers/affiliate marketers actually use these products.

I can only speak for myself of course but the answer is yes. No-one in their right mind is going to continue to use something that is a waste of time or causes too many problems and I’m the same, no matter how cheap or attractive the offer is.

I used to write a lot of software help systems and documentation and have seen some plain awful products, Similarly, I’ve seen some good products. If I like the product and it’s going to make my life easier,  of course I’m going to buy it. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell why. It’s quite simple.

I do these reviews because I like doing them. I love getting into the nitty-gritty of a something and digging around. Do I like breakig things? Not really, I just want to test the resilience :-)

I’m sure you’ve seen so many of these so-called ‘review’ sites where before you even click on the link you know what it’s going to say. They’ll tell you how fantastic it is and how you can’t live your life without this product – AND NOTHING ELSE.

With my reviews, if I like the product, I’ll tell you why; and if I don’t like it? Likewise.

Here’s my latest video showing me actually logging in and using The Best Spinner and Killer Content: establishing my user credentials as they say. The video is 4 mins, 3 secs long.

Spinning Articles

The next part of our review of the Killer Content software is doing something with the articles.

As they currently stand, they’re PLR articles straight from the database and (to my knowledge) haven’t been modified in any way, shape or form. Most people on the Internet involved in IM, Affiliate Marketing or Web Creation are aware of Google’s Panda update earlier this year and how this affected many sites.

One of the key points of this update was their search-bots are looking for unique content; they don’t want duplicate or rehashed material. Ultimately, the search engines want their users/searchers to be able to type in a search word, phrase or string and then find the answer they’re looking for at No. 1 in the list – this isn’t too different from what we all want [when searching].

So, with our 4 selected articles – as they stand – we can’t use them (the original author probably did that) and they have to be edited.

This video shows you how you can do this manually (using your digits or other means of word entry) or automatically (via content spinning software): doing it automatically is called spinning, or content spinning.

(The video is 9 mins 46 seconds long. I must apologise because it took me about 6 attempts to record it. After recording the previous attempts, the screenshot recording software, crashed each time. As I wanted to get this video done and uploaded today, I had to reduce the screen area and record them in sections. It’s untidy but it still shows the functionality.)

I hope you liked the video and, if it’s either your first time of seeing an article ‘spun’ and you liked it, or you want to go and have a closer look at this absolute must have for article/content writers, here’s a link to the The Best Spinner website.

Creating a Site and a Project. Searching for and Selecting Articles.

Okay, into the functionality…

There are training video’s for you when you register with Killer Content but trialling these here for you enables you to guage for yourself how quick, easy and intuitive the entire system is (or not, as the case may be).

The following video shows you how to setup your site within Killer Content.

From here, you create projects for your site; then articles for your project and so on and so forth.

For the purposes of the training videos, I’m using computers as my niche. It’s just for testing purposes and isn’t something I’ve actually explored as yet.

I hope the video is useful for you (it’s 2 mins 34 secs long).

Best regards,

Russ

Apologies for the delays

Well we made it. Packed-up, moved house and managed to finally get Internet access – what a pain!

Anyway, I’ll be back on the review as soon as possible. I have to admit I’ve been so busy for the last 5 weeks and haven’t had any time whatsoever but all that’s about to change and I’ll give this product as good a going over as I’m able to.

Regards,

Russ
